PPD 1Q10 1Q Revenues: $346.8 million (-5%) 1Q Earnings: $26.1 million (earnings were $66.6 million in 1Q09) Comments: Development segment revenue was $323.8 million (-3%) and income from operations was $36.8 million, compared to $62.6 million in 1Q09. Discovery sciences revenue was $0.3 million, compared to $5.2 million in 1Q09. Revenue for this segment in 1Q09 included two milestone payments from Janssen-Cilag totaling $5.0 million for regulatory approvals of Priligy. Discovery science...
